DAS designs customized mechanical and electrical subsystems for commercial, military, and space applications. Our core capabilities include prototype development, limited-scale technology integration, independent assessment and testing, and transition to full-scale production.

Our staff includes systems, software, electrical, and mechanical engineers, former operators, and project managers that work closely with clients to analyze the situation and define requirements and then employ a range of solutions that are focused on useability. DAS has experience building military and environmental enclosures and hardening sensor systems for extreme environments.

Leveraging advanced mechanical and electrical design tools like Solidworks Simulation Suite and Altium Designer, DAS engineers rapidly study the shock, vibration, thermal, and electrical performance of our integrated design packages, producing the robust operation required for space and military applications. Modeling, prototyping, and user testing in-house saves time and puts working prototypes in the customer’s hands earlier in the project schedule.
